I came to Josh after a not so good experience with the sales manager that ruined the sale at the sister dealer next door. I explained everything that happened and that I was still wanting to buy the truck sales manager that ruined the sale at the sister dealer next door. (He didn’t lie). From the word go Josh was awesome. Our personalities meshed great. We sat down and talked a bit more while he looked things over and I told him how good of an experience I had with Rodrigo next door. And next thing here he walks thru the door. Not sure how Josh was able to pull it off. But I hit the trifecta, good truck awesome salesman and sales manager! After some numbers Josh presented me a deal that was perfect the first time. Off we went doing the huge amount of paperwork. He truly saved the whole situation and was able to close the sale. Throughout the whole process Josh was personable and made it easy and seamless.
