This is the third time I have walked into the service center since new management has taken over. Every time the guys working the desk are busy on the computer or talking to each other. A bunch of crooks. I took my 2004 GMC Envoy in because my rear window on the driver’s side had fallen down and could not be raised. While I was there, I requested they also do a state inspection. They overch rear window on the driver’s side had fallen down and could not be raised. While I was there, I requested they also do a state inspection. They overcharged greatly for the window repair. I can see what the part would cost online. I asked if the window could just be raised up to keep water from coming in. I told them I hardly ever drive the vehicle and didn’t need to raise and lower that rear window. They said that there was no way to just raise the window back up and that it had to be repaired to pass inspection. They also claimed that my emergency brake and my other brakes were not working. On the final Bill, they lied and said that the customer had said the brakes needed attention. This is a LIE. I was having no problem with either the emergency brake or the regular brakes. They told me on the phone that the vehicle would not pass inspection, unless the brakes were done. That’s the only reason I told them to do it. Jason told me he thought the entire job would be $1200. Then, a few minutes later he forgot what he had said and told me it would be 1500. I told him that was an outrageous price. Either price was outrageous. I couldn’t believe they actually said on the final bill that the customer said she was having a problem with the brakes. That is a total LIE!!! Of course, the final bill was over $1500. I want a significant reduction in this bill. I’m giving the dealership a chance to correct this. Then, I’ll go to the state of Virginia. Perhaps this company should not be allowed to continue doing state inspections. More

Tyler was an amazing help thoughtful my buying process. He was attentive to what I needed and very patient. I was disappointed with the accidental false advertising of a new vehicle price. The IT department really needs to be vigilant with checking the online ads and making sure pricing is correct. I want to re-iterate that my experience buying my used car was incredible. I was only disappointed about the online advertising for new cars being incorrect. More
