I have purchased no less than 6 Vehicles from Fritts over the last 3 years, Nicc my Salesman is on my speed dial. I can call on this guy at any hour and he answers my calls, I couldn't speak greater of Nicc and Fritt's Ford. I am 100% satisfied... As a matter of fact my last F150 that I purchased had some previous damage from transportation that nobody caught until I had possession of it for 12 days.. I noticed a tiny dent and investigated to find damage from the transport or something similar. There was NO way anybody could really see this.. Bottom line I dint get crap from Fritts they saw my damage and asked me what I wanted to do!! I said take this truck back, I don't want it! Management went out of their way to find me a better LOOKING F150 they brought in from another Dealer.. No problem! Hey if you are having issues, could it be you are unreasonable! It is my opinion these guys are solid, talk straight to them and they respond.. Don't go in with bs and you wont get any from these folks. More

SCOTT in the Billing Dept is a fast-talking, money-making machine, who, although he kept saying that my satisfaction as a customer is his focus, actually cared NOTHING for me or my satisfaction...he just wanted my money! When meeting my monthly payment for the car, the extended guarantee (an additional. $3000-5,000) was AUTOMATICALLY ADDED IN. Then, they tried to sell me (pressure me) on optional services, not once telling me I could always add those on if I was unsure. And don't even get me started on the optional additions!!!!! Bottom line...JUST RUN! THEY ARE EVERYTHING PEOPLE HATE ABOUT BUYING A CAR!!! More

Bought from fleet because of service DONE as customer Always owned fords and have bought several through Fritts. Until a year ago had four, an edge, f150, mustang and expedition. First problem was wife's edge constant brake and trans problems which were never resolved so we dumped it. Wife will NEVER drive a ford again. Their service dept is horrible told me on my expedition I needed numerous things my regular mech said was bs. Should have learned my lesson son took his mustang in and they tried to tell him it would take over 700 to replc wires and plug w/ tuneup. Along with naming other "issues". My trusted mech called BS and car runs better than ever for 220. STAY AWAY. Not just the edge about to be dumped! More

Service dept idiots Took my truck to have ac repaired, they replaced the compressor at this time. 2 mos later took it back ac not working at this time they replaced the Took my truck to have ac repaired, they replaced the compressor at this time. 2 mos later took it back ac not working at this time they replaced the accumulator which acts as a Resevior and collected all debris and metal shavings when ac compressor went out 2 mos earlier. Because these people are idiots my ac went down again less than a year later and ended out costing me over $2000.00. Now fritts ford basically told me tough xxxx. I've owned ford trucks all my life and will never own a ford vehicle again. Be careful service rep Don Truckee will lie straight to your face. I had to give a rating to submit this complaint-10. Is the closest I can think of. More

With the Fusion Energy coming out I had be intrigued, so, off to Fritz I went. Here is how I got treated as a past customer looking to come back to a brand and into a high end model.... ..Was told they didn't want to insult me because the best they could do on the trade was $4K less than other dealers could.... told this on two occasions even after having gotten a better quote at another dealer for the trade value and gotten online value est from the ford site! ...Told other dealers were lying about what they could do, basically saying my business was not worth the sales managers time..guess they would rather eat Panda express on Easter than work a deal... after calling the day I was to purchase my new Fusion, I called to give the management a complaint about my service a nice guy supposedly manager of the internet dept talked to me and offered to see if her could do something. He called me back and all of a sudden Fritz could make the deal work and would give me more for my trade, but they were only $12 higher in payment. No thanks, Raceway Ford earned my business, when I was begging to give it to Fritz who just didn't want it. More
