No Customer Loyalty Let me begin with that I've been a Fritts customer for 8 years my first purchase was a 2011 Focus then a 2015 Escape and now my 2017 F 150 I've been t Let me begin with that I've been a Fritts customer for 8 years my first purchase was a 2011 Focus then a 2015 Escape and now my 2017 F 150 I've been to quick lane for all my oil changes and so has some of my family members, my complaint is not with sales as George "Grandpa" is great and sold me all 3 vehicles nor is my gripe with quick lane although I'm not a big fan of Ritchie who has the personality of a rock, rather it is the main service. I took my F 150 in last Thursday 12/6/18 because the day before in the rain the "antilock" brakes locked up and almost caused me a serious accident, so I see Don and explain what happened and also told him I need an oil change and that I've been getting error messages about the right front TPS and no hill start assist and that I found a broken fitting on the intake tube for the left side turbo and right away Don T. said well that won't be covered under warranty, I asked why he said because you have aftermarket air cleaner so what was my response, I then asked if they had a loaner car available he said no you have to go to Enterprise across the street, Great! Saturday the 8th rolls around and I'm driving home from work in the rental and I call Don to check on the progress, well the oil change was done but nothing else and he had his boss Kyle look at the broken fitting and Kyle said no warranty for the fitting so it will be $150. well I wasn't pleased with that but said go ahead and fix it whether you guys pay for it or I do it needs to be fixed and I'll take it up with Kyle next week, Monday I'm out of town for work so I call Tuesday and Don says it's not done because he said he's waiting for me to talk to Kyle, I said no I told you last Saturday to fix it regardless and he said oh yeah, and all those error messages we couldn't find them, well that's funny because not only do they pop up on my dash but on my phone because I have the Ford Pass, Wednesday out of town for work again so today 7 days after I first took it in I get up early and drive over and Don says they just finished it, WHAT? Ok where is Kyle I want to speak with him well nobody knows where he is but he is somewhere on the lot, after 40 minutes he showed up I introduce myself and ask him to explain why the fitting is not covered he said because 2 hoses were crossed and zip tied and put pressure on the fitting obviously when the aftermarket air cleaner was installed, I explained to him that I put the air cleaner on myself and never touched those 2 hoses furthermore I don't own zip ties such as those and the only persons under my hood has been Fritts mechanics doing an oil change, he didn't buy it of course so now I'm out $152.57 for tube and fitting and oh yeah $328.93 for a rental car for a week which should not have been a week. I also still had to return the rental so I asked if someone could please drive my truck down the street to Enterprise so I could get to work as I am due at work in 40 mins in L.A. Don says sure no problem give us a couple mins, after waiting at Enterprise for 20 mins and no truck and calling service but with no answer one of the employees at Enterprise took me back to Fritts to get my truck, thanks Fritts just a small favor, it is now 1055 and I'm supposed to be at work in 5 mins even though I got to Fritts at 910, i was an hour late for work. 3 vehicles purchased here and this is how I'm treated? NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!! More

I called and spoke to their service director and service manager Kyle, I explained my situation, my honest opinion they listened to me and told me they are going to make things right and go above my expectations. I know Ford employees are doing their best and are very busy. Service manager Kyle, is a very busy man and yet he has personally called me several times when my truck was being serviced. He is a great guy Ford is real lucky to have him as service manager. Thanks Kyle. More
Bait and Switch AT ALL COSTS, Avoid this bait and switch and unscrupulous dealership. It all started in 2017. Went into Fritts with a specific truck in mind. I do my AT ALL COSTS, Avoid this bait and switch and unscrupulous dealership. It all started in 2017. Went into Fritts with a specific truck in mind. I do my research. I even new the bottom price. I was told they could beat the best price. They did by $300. Here's where it gets shady at best. They said they didn't have it in inventory but if I left a $500 deposit, did the credit check they would have the truck the next day. I would call every day, and was given a complete BS run around, the "sales guy is busy", "the other dealer won'y call us back" etc. etc. Well fast forward, a week and a half went by, no truck, and credit dinged! Finally I cornered them said produce the truck or I'm out! And they gave me the story that "we were on our way to get the truck, when we got there the dealer had just sold the truck, but we found another one for $1500 more". After that I went elsewhere found a truck and beat the price. At least I got my $500 check back. Fast forward again. That 2017 truck wound up getting bought back by Ford. Now I was in the market for a new 2018 truck. Thought, I live in Riverside, I'll support local business and give them the benefit of the doubt. BIG MISTAKE!!! I again am very educated on the truck I want, color, engine, trans, drive-line, amenities and price. They said "We can get that truck" I told them in detail about the situation from before, "we have a new team here now, we don't do things like that". This time I negotiated the price, but would not put a down payment. They kept pressuring me to come in to do the paperwork. I said not until I see it, touch it and drive it! So last Friday, I had them provide assurance that it in fact was the truck, there was a question about the interior color. I asked for a picture. They produced the window sticker. It exists, they said they are going to get it now. I did the credit over the phone, all is good. About an hour later I get a call, you guessed it, "we were on our way, they just sold it" and imagine this, "We found an almost identical truck for just about $2k more". I had some choice expletives for their Sales manager. He kept trying to stick with their lie that the truck was sold out from under them. So I said tell me who had it, I will verify and maybe apologize. He told me. I called North County Ford, they did verify it was scheduled to be sold, TO FRITTS FORD! But they never came to get it!! BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! So I went to North County Ford the next day and bought the vehicle for about $1000 less. Moral of the story "Fritts is a Tiger that will never change their stripes". More
I had an outstanding experience at Fritt's Ford. My salesman Rudy Perez was outstanding. Bill in Finance was amazingly personable and took the time to find a better finance rate for me, even better than my own bank could offer. Overall my experience was amazing and I would recommend the dealership to anyone. More

I've been through my fair share of vehicles but I've never once gone through the internet dept. I usually dread this process since dealers tend to pressure you into purchasing. I searched their inventory as well as others nearby and have never had such a pleasant experience buying a vehicle. From start to finish Shonna and Stephanie answered all of my questions and checked in with me as requested periodically. We made an appointment, showed up and met with the internet sales manager Nick. The internet sales team definitely fought to earn my business and I'm highly satisfied and glad that I came here. At the end of the day, the interaction I had with all those involved made this process smooth and worth my time. At the end of the day I walked out of the dealership happy with my purchase and didn't feel pressured. I look forward to working with Fritts Ford in the future for my car buying needs and will certainly recommend to friends and family. More
