We visited Fritts Ford in late October to buy a 2020 F150. We were greeted by Frank from the Internet Sales department and he was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Ultimately, we decided to buy one that was a different color. After completing all the paper work/financing we were getting ready to drive away and notice the tire pressure sensor was on. Frank checked and discovered there was a screw in the tire. This is where things got a little difficult. Because of a modified COVID schedule, their service department was already gone for the day. Eventually, it was agreed upon that they would replace the tire and deliver the truck to me the following Monday. However, I was extremely disappointed that I was not able to drive away in the truck I had just bought. Monday came and I had not heard anything so I called and was informed that they had to order the tire and it would not be delivered until Tuesday. At this point I became annoyed because I had to call to find this out instead of them being proactive and letting me know. I contacted Fritts and spoke with Frank to express my frustration. Frank was understanding and ultimately provided 2 years free routine maintenance and box links/brackets for the truck bed. Frank delivered the truck to my work on Tuesday and was very apologetic about the inconvenience. All in all my visit was decent. The customer service was good and Frank was extremely nice and did not try to pressure us into buying something we didn’t want. He was also very attentive after we expressed our frustrations. I feel like if Fritts was proactive about letting us know the status, we wouldn’t have some of the frustrations we experienced. More

Drove an hour to buy a specific vehicle we were told was being held for us. Upon arrival was asked to wait five minutes because another customer was currently crunching numbers on that vehicle. Was then sco being held for us. Upon arrival was asked to wait five minutes because another customer was currently crunching numbers on that vehicle. Was then scolded by a manager that they aren't able to hold vehicles and it's first come first served. Wasted two hours of my day and followed it up with even worse customer service. More
Both of my cars are Fords. I take them both to Fritts for their services. I have been treated fair and quickly each time. I bought a first year model C-Max in 2013 and I think there were 5 recalls that firs their services. I have been treated fair and quickly each time. I bought a first year model C-Max in 2013 and I think there were 5 recalls that first year. Fritts handled all of them quickly and properly. I have never had a issue with that car since. I still own it. My 2014 F-150 gets serviced there regularly and they do a fine job. I am very happy with the turn around time. I don't have to wait longer than promised and sometimes even sooner than promised. I have been a loyal customer for about ten years. More

Everyone should be aware ! Do not attempt to take your car for warranty repairs or recalls because you will get the run around and nothing will get fixed. Terrible customer service if any at all and not to mention the nerve for a service advisor to tell me that I should try to make it right with Ford! EXCUSE me, I have a car I just bought pre owned certified, and two warranties and since the second day of having it I have yet to receive the appropriate repairs. Also they will never document your invoice appropriately to what you said your concerns were. Even if you call them out on it they won't. They like to make it say that you came in on a tire pressure concern.. yeah well too bad I documented everything more ways than one . Stay away .. More
