The sales experience was a good one. Great attitude by their internet sales team. I wish that the dealership would have been more flexible in pricing or added dealership items as an incentive. I would recommend Fritts Ford to others - if asked. I wish they would not have missed one of my extras that was to be added by the dealer but was not. A minor item but it is the little things that make the difference. It is one of the reasons I am not rating them a 5 star. I am interested to find out how good their service department is - stay tuned. More

It was the typical sales BS nothing bad per say just can't believe Ford allows the dealers to price gouge the customers with market adjustment to make more money. These places have servived for years w can't believe Ford allows the dealers to price gouge the customers with market adjustment to make more money. These places have servived for years with sticker price sales and now they add 3 to 5 grand mark up!!! And I bought it at night so I left with a dent and a scratch I never saw thanks for taking care of these brand new cars! More
