After looking up the specifics of what I had already had done at a previous service appointment, he let me know that less was needed and I was kept updated on where my vehicle was in the process and everything was completed in a timely and expected time frame. I have worked with Chris before, and I am thankful for his clear communication. I have one or two other occasions had less smooth service experience, but when I have worked with an experienced advisor like Chris, I have had good experiences at Frisco CDJR's service department. I inquired about a vehicle they had advertised got the complete run around after I told them I agree to their price and that I meet all requirements to purchase vehicle under their terms and immediately no one no longer wanted to sell me the vehicle. Two weeks later I see the vehicle advertised again but at a lower price than before and Cassady responds back that the vehicle is available and that someone would contact me.After many hours later of not hearing from no one I called myself and I spoke to David who claimed that vehicle was also available and ready to go and asked for my information to get me out the door numbers and he came back claiming that vehicle had actually sold the other day after being told by him and others that it was still available.It's very Obvious that Allen, Ozzy, David,and Cassady are preying and taking advantage of those who are not credit worthy or have no car buying experience.Also vehicle is still on websites claiming to be still available.This dealership is looking to scam and rip people out of their hard earned money.
