I'm sorry to hear you feel this way, since we did speak several times before you picked up your vehicle. We took care of the spark plug replacement as a courtesy, despite being outside your warranty and factory maintenance requirements. It has been 18 months and 15,000 miles since your purchase. Standalone Lube Shops are often not as thorough as Jeep Dealerships, so we advise that you service your vehicle at a certified Mopar repair facility in the future to avoid these types of issues.
