We had to get our car towed to your dealership sight unseen after breaking down on the weekend, after business hours. We heard from you first thing Monday and received prompt, professional service. Jordan was a great service person. He had great communication and was always very friendly and knowledgeable. He was the most positive part about this whole ordeal. Unfortunately, the service and repair department itself left something to be desired. I brought my car in to the dealership because I hoped they’d be able to properly fix my car, as the check engine light on had been on for many weeks now - with previous repairs from another individual failing to address the problem. I told the service department what work had already been done and my problems with the car. They did two different repairs, and after test driving it, they said the check engine light was off and the car drove well and was ready for pickup. I went to pick the car up, and the light was indeed off. As I was driving it home, I noticed the car was now jerking when going over a certain RPM. I messaged Jordan and after some discussion, the individual that worked on my car said that they did in fact notice the jerking during the test drive, but because there were no lights or codes on the car, they deemed it good enough to return. This jerking was not reported to me at all prior to pick up. Ultimately, I am disappointed with the service. They had offered for me to bring the car back up there to have them look at it again, but they didn’t seem apologetic for not fixing nor diagnosing, or even mentioning, the problem they noticed before returning the car to me. I would have needed to take more time out of my day to drive the car back to the dealership to have them inspect it (again), simply because things were not completed the first time. Very disappointing. More

I had to take it to another repair shop and it was nothing like they said it was. Please go get a second opinion before dealing with them. They had my truck sitting for nearly a week and didn't start nothing like they said it was. Please go get a second opinion before dealing with them. I was there to drop off my car and all the assistants were there just talking to each other, nobody was open to help until a guy came out of the building and addressed the workers and put them to work. The guy told me will be a 45 minutes wait, it took them 2 hours. I was patient and wait for the service to get done, then later I saw my car in the garage, then I went and check it, a guy told me was ready a while ago but they forgot about me because they’re was dealing with another customer complain. Once I walked into the car it wasn’t washed when the service associate offered the service for free. I asked him what happened and he told me they forgot to wash it. Then nobody was able to took it to the wash station, another manager took over and washed for me. Once I paid and filled the paperwork the manager that supposed to help me came to me to tell me to please don’t fill a bad survey even when he knows everything was handled incorrectly, later on he offered me a free oil change, this is the second time that this dealership offers me a free oil change because every time when I’m there they just do a poor customer service. From service to sales, all the time I leave with a bad experience. Never asked for a free service or anything else, just a correct service but looks like they don’t care about their customers because while I was there at least two customers complained about it too.
