Dealership was nice clean and unprepared for our arrival and appointment as the Internet manager said they would be. Upon arrival, our sales agent was prebooked and could not help us at our appointment time and appointment as the Internet manager said they would be. Internet manager said the car would be upfront ready and waiting for us to drive the vehicle we called about. Vehicle was unable to be located due to dead battery. Upon finding it, windshield was broken and no one there to jump car off for us to test drive. More

Went for service and the service advisor, Brian, was excellent at communicating what was happening and when the vehicle would be done. We used to go to a different dealership in McKinney, and ALWAYS had excellent at communicating what was happening and when the vehicle would be done. We used to go to a different dealership in McKinney, and ALWAYS had to initiate the contact with the dealership — either calling or driving to the dealership. Frisco Dodge was MUCH, MUCH better and we are extremely happy with them! More
