Robby and Dan, two incompetents who lie about helping customers. Dec/4/2020 Dan trying to convince me that I need to buy parts to fix a problem with the suspension (death wobble at 60 miles/hour), car be customers. Dec/4/2020 Dan trying to convince me that I need to buy parts to fix a problem with the suspension (death wobble at 60 miles/hour), car being under warranty (27,345 miles) and Robby for promising that a part was ordered (a different part that Dan recommended, (both of them talking without taking the car to the shop and let a mechanic look at it) to fix the problem. Made two trips to the dealer (Dec 11 and Dec 17) and Robby told me that the part is on its way but late. Two weeks later no sign from them. Three weeks later I called the parts department to find out that no part was ordered under my name or for my car. Today is Jan/6/2021 and no sign from them. To the owner of that dealership, if you let incompetents running the business for you, they make you look incompetent. You are the Customer Service of Chrysler. You sale their product and they promise that if there is a problem with the car while under warranty, the dealership will fix it for them. And if you do, they will reimburse you for parts and labor. I do not expect being treated like a fool, disrespected, lied to, and ignored. When you try to sell a car all of you almost kiss butt just to make that sale. As soon as the customer is gone and you got the money, you don't give a xxxx. Shame on you! I will make sure that everyone hears about you, including Chrysler. More

Pathetic service. Never told me that they were going to charge me 199.00 to check a service notification. Came in for 3 recalls. When telling what needed to be completed was over 3,000$. Email I sent to dealer after wasting my time (they are perfect credit/high value trad-in only dealer). :( I am not sure where to start You put an add on Facebook talking about all the good things you perfect credit/high value trad-in only dealer). :( I am not sure where to start You put an add on Facebook talking about all the good things you can do with trade ins, credit, and discounts on the vehicles. It turns out to be just like all the other dealers who just try to get people in the door and then give you a crazy number for payments, give you crappy amounts for your trade, or don’t really “work” with all types of credit They make it seem like you are going to get a VIP treatment of some sort but all it turns out to be is a preassigned sales man. They took our info knowing what we where in the there trying to find and come back with the same old pile of crap. Low trade in, high priced truck, crazy monthly payment. We said thanks and left I have been to dealers that have worked tirelessly to find a vehicle we could compromise on and proceeded to pound on the banks until they could find a payment we could compromise on. Yours is not one of those dealers and that is fine accept you are portraying that type of access and treatment on Facebook. I have several other dealers and True Car working on some possibilities and if it they do work it out I would be happy to drive by and show you that helping people in this current upside down world is possible. I am sure as with most dealers this email will get filed as someone with below good credit wanting something they shouldn’t be asking for. Take my response for what it is worth but I would not recommend your dealership to any of the people I know. I got no response other than more marketing crap. I told them to stop contacting me but they apparently cant seem to even get that right... go figure More
Dereck the salesman we worked with was excellent. But the rest of the experience was marginal at best. Then the Business manager spends time trying to convince us the CoVid pandemic is a scam. I finally asked him to finish the paperwork so we could get out of his office as he was not going to wear a mask. We are a 70 year old couple and he made us very uncomfortable and seemed to care less. More
