Truck was ready for test drive when I arrived at the dealership thanks to online scheduling and an immediate response from the assigned agent. The deal was straight forward, no haggling. I feel like I g dealership thanks to online scheduling and an immediate response from the assigned agent. The deal was straight forward, no haggling. I feel like I got a fair price. Paperwork was minimal, and the financing process was fast considering it was a holiday weekend. The employees were very professional and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need. I'm very pleased with my new truck. It's beautiful and it gets a lot of attention. This was by far my best auto buying experience ever. More
I purchased a key with my car, and when I went to the dealership to get my $400 key they give me a 30 non Chrysler oem key that I could get off of Amazon, the communication from the sales people is not g dealership to get my $400 key they give me a 30 non Chrysler oem key that I could get off of Amazon, the communication from the sales people is not great, and after you leave with your car they do not care about you and it is already on to the next person. I have still never heard back about my $400 key that was not even oem from the dealership. More
Purchased a used 2006 Toyota 4Runner yesterday. We bought it sight unseen after a thorough prepurchase inspection by an independent company. I asked that they address the brake issue and weak battery codes t it sight unseen after a thorough prepurchase inspection by an independent company. I asked that they address the brake issue and weak battery codes that popped during the prepurchase inspection. I also paid a $2000 deposit in good faith. They told me it had to go to the service department for this and would let me know when it would be available for pickup. They called about a week later and said that the issues had been addressed. I asked what had been done and was told by Roderick that they had replaced the rotors and break pads and the valve cover gasket and oil pan gasket and changed the oil and filter and battery. Wow, I thought, that’s a lot of work after they already agreed to the purchase price. We arrived from out of town and first they tried to add a “10% fee that we have to pay to allow you to use PayPal.” Tried to add $1000 to the purchase price. Crazy. I said adios and suddenly they said they would “waive” that. I asked for a list of the repairs that they had done for my records. The fellows at the front desk and then Roderick who was our salesman verified that those repairs had been done. NOT TRUE. The engine cover had not been touched in months as was easily noted by the thick dust. Some dust on the old appearing oil filter and the oil itself was obviously dark and thick. The bolts to the valve covers and oil pan had not been touched either. The battery they said they would replace still has a 2017 sticker so I’m pretty sure they didn’t touch that either though it looks like they did wipe it off. Pretty disappointing after a “thorough evaluation at the shop.” They did clean it which was a positive.. Overall not a great experience. More like buying from an individual rather than a supposedly reputable dealership. I can add pics of the printout of the repairs they had supposedly done. I also notified my salesman that I was going to have to put this in a review of the dealership and he declined to address my concerns More
I took my car in on 3/30/21. The electrical system was going off and the engine light was on. My mechanic checked on the vehicle.. they said I needed a alternator so I replaced it I took the old alternato going off and the engine light was on. My mechanic checked on the vehicle.. they said I needed a alternator so I replaced it I took the old alternator to be checked and it was fine. I paid 400 for a diagnostic to tell what was wrong with my car. I paid right at 2,400 only to get in my car to leave and the light was still on! I came back the following week and my car still isn’t fixed! I picked up my car in worst shape than when I brought it I . They returned my car with no power steering and the lights still on. I called corporate only to find out they are franchised so that was no help. I talked with Brad in servicing who was wondering why I have spent almost 3,000 and my car still isn’t fixed. I tried to get management to help me…they never would answer or return my calls. I left several messages with no respond from anyone!! Brad wanted me to bring the jeep in but by that time I wanted my money back!!I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life! I would never recommend taking your keep to be service at this location unless you are a man and or want to spend your money to support poor service. The management team is disappointing, I expected so much more from a Chrysler dealership in Frisco Texas. It’s been months still with no response! I ended having to purchase another car. I am a single female who thought I would have been able to take my keep to a dealership and get it fixed…. BEWARE!!!!!! E.L More
Word of warning the price on the internet is not the price you will pay and I don't mean its going to be less. Watch out for AMV, (Adjusted Market Value). They add this in their quote. Well I don't have price you will pay and I don't mean its going to be less. Watch out for AMV, (Adjusted Market Value). They add this in their quote. Well I don't have a problem making a profit at least be upfront about like some of the other dealers that include the AMV in their internet price. It just makes them come across as a little crooked. I am not blaming the sales team either I was told this is coming from their management.. More
I have used service over and over with disappointment in listening to issue. Wrong part replaced, parts not replaced that should have been, terrible time frame and lack of communication. I have been overc listening to issue. Wrong part replaced, parts not replaced that should have been, terrible time frame and lack of communication. I have been overcharged over 300.00 for battery replacement. Every time I get a sorry but nothing changes. I have given multiple chances and now I’m done. Be cautious. More
We worked with Jonathan Skinner to buy a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee. He was fantastic. Easy to work with, low pressure. Did not feel like a salesman at all, just wanted to find us exactly what we wanted Grand Cherokee. He was fantastic. Easy to work with, low pressure. He explained things very clearly and helped guide us to the right choice for us. More
