Absolutely the worst buying experience EVER! Purchased a truck on a Friday. 3 days later it broke down and stranded my son 8 hours from home. Finally got it home and to FCDJ to be serviced. Literally brok truck on a Friday. 3 days later it broke down and stranded my son 8 hours from home. Finally got it home and to FCDJ to be serviced. Literally broke down again the next day. Not to mention the fact that my trade-in still hasn't been paid off and it has been a month... No one answers the phone or returns voicemails. NEVER AGAIN! More

Entire process was great. Arrived at 6pm and was out the door by 9pm. Salesmen lined up several vehicles to look over and test drive. There was no back and forth over pricing and trade value. My service advisor and technician did a great job. I just wish that I didn’t have to wait from 7:30am to almost 2pm to get my car back. I arrived at 7:00 a.m to get an oil change and they told me that they may not have a filter for my Fiat. I had to be back home before 9:00 am to work from home. They offered to give me a shuttle ride home me that they may not have a filter for my Fiat. I had to be back home before 9:00 am to work from home. They offered to give me a shuttle ride home and pick me up later on my lunch hour. I was so grateful for this. They exceeded my expectations and provided a five star service in my opinion. Thank you!
