Got cheated. The dealership cheated the insurance company. They started the work without my approval and didn't allow me to take my vehicle back. Evaluation and work was done quickly, issues my service manager was not around when I picked up car, no one to explain exactly what work was done and the price was expensive, receipt explained work done bu manager was not around when I picked up car, no one to explain exactly what work was done and the price was expensive, receipt explained work done but I could not see where the new part was evap emission system can run all over engine to behind driver rear wheel. I have a 2023 $75K vehicle with a warranty issue and I need approval for a loaner? Oh yeah, I also need to make a reservation for a rental car and then ask for reimbursement. I need to burn 3 hours of my time after spending for the platinum service? I'm going back to Range Rover and getting real service. Be cautious with this dealership and what they sell you by way of service. They cannot deliver. Not only that, but they did not even address the Autostart issues. Bad. Sadly, just another slime ball car dealership. More
