I picked up my truck and drove the next few days to Palestine, Tx. I stopped to get a few things and my truck would not start, my cab lights didn't come on. Looked like my battery was dead. I carry a battery boost and proceeded to attach, come to find out that one of my battery cables was plum loose and not making contact, Technician didn't tighten it down properly. Had to hit it with the only tool I had, a flashlight. Miles from the city, and 2-3hrs from Frisco CDJR. Really disappointing. More

I went to fix my AC problem, the guy told me it will cost 270$ for diagnosis which is normal, I've been at multiple locations and they all charge that but the problem here is that the guy called me 2 days la 270$ for diagnosis which is normal, I've been at multiple locations and they all charge that but the problem here is that the guy called me 2 days later (my car was held at the dealership) and wanted to charge me 480$ for the dye that is used for diagnosis of the AC! this is a complete rip off, they charge diagnosis fee and then they want more money for the diagnosis, I did refuse and they had me paid the 270$ and took my car, I don't recommend going to this place. More
