The representatives did a good job explaining the repairs and communicated well throughout the entire 2 day process. A lot of time I delay non priority maintenance with my Pacifica because Chrysler doesn't h and communicated well throughout the entire 2 day process. I came in for a brake inspection, they said "we'll call you soon". They had my car all day, no phone call; I called at the end of the day, no answer. The next morning I got an email with $7,800 service est you soon". They had my car all day, no phone call; I called at the end of the day, no answer. The next morning I got an email with $7,800 service estimate for 13 repairs. The rear brake pad repair ($550) is the only reason I took my car in for service. I called (they finally answered) and said "do nothing, I'll be there in 10 min to pick up my car and take it somewhere else." When I arrived they handed me a $279 bill for "diagnostic fees". Obviously I refused to pay, left immediately. Next day I was at Brakes Plus at 8am. Left at 10am with new rear brakes pads and resurfaced brake rotors. Total bill: $380. More

I called same day to get appointment for oil change and was able to get in. This was first time there and the facility was very nice and clean.
