Although I suspect they already had a possible buyer in mind for the trade-in, nobody batted an eye and the new deal was done within a few minutes and quickly finalized by Jeff Jones. And although Ted Nolen works in Service, not Sales, thanks to Ted for his valuable advice. I think I'll try to hire him as a part-time financial advisor the next time I'm thinking of spending some major money. More

Caring and efficient! I came in looking for a larger passenger van. I was greeted at the door by Forrest who welcomed me inside, got me coffee, and didn’t start with the us I came in looking for a larger passenger van. He showed me a gently used NV2500 and I was sold. He listened to everything I had to say, knew everything about the mechanics and it’s warranty. He even delivered it to my house, and picked it back up when I decided to get it undercoated the following week! I know Forrest and Kevin (manager) worked hard on getting me the best possible deal and I will definitely be back for all my service and sales in the future! They introduced me to the service department and Forrest offered to pick it up when it’s due for oil. Forrest said he was new, but you wouldn’t know that by the way he treated me and wife. We have a 3 year old little boy whom was with us throughout the whole process and Forrest treated him so good! Made sure he was intertained, gave him snacks and just all around interacted with him very well. All the cars were very clean and kept up nicely. There is a large selection at a decent price so I would highly recomend. And as a sales person Forrest Baker was so sweet and attentive, making sure we got exactly what we wanted without makes it feel like he was just there to sale us a car. There was however someone in management who we also dealt with briefly that did not offer the same kindness and hospitality. I can not remember his name but that could be worked on, being the reason for the 4 star overall rating. More
