A few hours later we had run the full circle from leasing new to buying a pre-owned vehicle. John was extremely patient and helpful. When we returned the next day, John had done his homework and selected vehicles for us to drive which met our basic needs. At the end of that visit we were confident he/we found the right pre-owned car. We closed the deal with a great feeling about the whole experience. The vehicle had a few minor repair issues that were found during the test drive and The buying experience at Auto Star Nissian of Boone is top notch. The vehicle had a few minor repair issues that were found during the test drive and the dealership addressed them promptly and to my satisfaction. They actually over charged me for the vehicles tags but sent a refund check a few weeks later. How many dealerships would do that? They could have kept that money and I would have never known the difference. That is honest dealing I appreciate and respect! I would recommend looking at the Boone and surrounding areas for purchasing a Jeep Wrangler in particular and I would definitely recommend you shop Auto Star's prices and service before pulling the trigger anywhere else.
