Rob, Jeff and Mark, Managers at the dealership were not the mysterious guys in the back office! All three got involved face to face! All three were very professional! Rob was the first to greet me and Jeff came in with my salesman, Kevin, to explain all the numbers and my financing options! Jeff assisted throughout the process and was committed to ensuring I got the best finance rate and understood all my options! I was able to get a great warranty, as I keep my vehicles until the wheels fall off! He didn't push or pressure me into anything, he simply was very knowledgeable and gave me options! Once I agreed to the deal, he went to work to get everything approved with the bank! My credit is not that great,but I was treated like I was just as important as someone with great credit! Then Mark comes up and explained that they were going to detail my new car and made sure I was happy with my purchase! Kevin was an encyclopedia of knowledge about my car and made sure I knew every feature! No really, how many times have you bought a car and even met a manager at the dealership? Or, bought a car and the salesman just throws you the keys and says "See you later"? By the way, they all had Everett Team on their shirts! That was truly the case, Team!
