They were prompt to begin working on what we wanted, not just what they had available. Our 12 year old grandson joined us at one point and they were friendly and made him feel welcome as well. Mr. Dutton was knowledgeable about the vehicles and gave informative answers to our questions. He made sure that we understood how everything worked on the car before we left the dealership. We left with a beautiful new Nissan Altima, full of fuel, clean from top to bottom, in the color we wanted and feeling good about our purchase and the respect we received at the dealership. We will be returning when we need a new vehicle and to have our car serviced. We will stop by to say "hello" from time to time as well. I made an appointment to come see the car, which entailed a 1.5 hour drive from me. When I arrived the vehicle was out front and ready to drive. I was informed by Rob in the previous texts that Kevin Dutton would assist me upon arrival. After the test drive, I received a rare treatment from them.......no pressure to buy, lol. I felt very comfortable with all the ones I dealt with. I feel like they were very upfront, factual and had my best interest in mind.
