This dealership wouldn’t work with us to get a payment in an affordable range and that is the best part of this review. The business office wouldn’t accept a pre qualification from my credit union. I did that to make sure I could qualify for the purchase. To make the deal they forced me to run my credit again, financed with the same credit union so they could get bonuses from that credit union. Of course they tried to tell me that wasn’t two hard pulls on my credit which it is. Then they gave me more false information about my credit union’s gap insurance. They gave me a price higher than I had been quoted. They then told me the credit union wouldn’t pay the full loan amount Iran accident occutrred in the first few months of ownership. This is totally false so they sold me something “better” at another four hundred dollar plus gain for the business office. Now, after five weeks since a requested cancellation of the gap insurance it still isn’t done. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. If you go be especially careful in the business office part of the process. More
