DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE OR BUY FROM THEM! This dealership has the most incompetent mechanics I have ever been to. I took my durango to them for the first time on April 16, 2026 for a whistl This dealership has the most incompetent mechanics I have ever been to. I took my durango to them for the first time on April 16, 2026 for a whistling sound coming from the vent or engine. They called and told us they thought it was a gasket in the dash and they would have to take the dash out to fix it and said it was common problem with Durangos. They recommended not to do it because it may cause futher problems and to only do it if it gets louder. Fast forward to June 22, 2026. The noise was loud and noticable so I took it back to them. A month went by and I called the dealership and they told me that some of their mechanics heard the noise and some didn't and said he may have to get the shop foreman involved in fixing it since some heard it and some didn't. So I left it there. Fast forward to August 24, 2026. After having my vehicle for 2 months straight without a call back, I called them again just for them to tell me they didn't hear anything out of the ordinary and had compared it to other Durangos in the shop. Mind you my husband has a durango too and I have been driving his the whole time mine was in there. His does not make any noise like that. Like I said incompetent mechanics. So they just denied hearing the noise because they are incompetent and did't want to take the dash out. What happened to mechanic that said he heard it? It's pathetic to tell somebody what the problem was the first time then take it back to get it fixed and everybody plays stupid and never call you back not one time to update you. I had to call them after they had it for 30 days because i hadn't heard from them. Then i left it there thinking they were fixing it. Wrong! Then I had to call back August 24, 2026 becasue i never did get a call back or update or nothing from them. I went and got my vehicle at this point. I would never purchase a vehicle from this place because obviously they will deny problems with your vehicle to get out of fixing it because they are incompetent. Why didn't we get a call back for 2 months? or an update? Pathetic is what it is. More

Very frustrating! !! The salesman did not seem interested in selling me a vehicle today. I arrived to test drive a 4 Runner and after waiting a few minutes Lynn came b !! I arrived to test drive a 4 Runner and after waiting a few minutes Lynn came back and said I can’t let you test drive a vehicle today. We don’t have any temp tags and not sure if will have any tomorrow. What the HECK!!!! I have purchased 2 vehicles from the Friendship Ford family in the past 6 years and they are not willing to let me test drive a vehicle. I have never had this come up at any company so what is up with this dealership? Customer service is terrible here and they didn’t even try to come up with a plan to take care of me. I have worked with Friendship Hyundai in Bristol, TN (bought last 2 vehicles from them) and get my company vehicle serviced at Friendship Ford across the street and have been satisfied with both of these dealerships. How can Friendship Chrysler Jeep be so unconcerned about customer service and selling vehicles? I would definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

I recently contacted Friendship CDJR for a out the door Quote on a used 2022 F350 Truck, they came back with a Quote about 16000 over KBB book value and The MSRP for a new almost Identical truck is about 1 Quote on a used 2022 F350 Truck, they came back with a Quote about 16000 over KBB book value and The MSRP for a new almost Identical truck is about 18000 under what they Quoted. this Dealer is apparently price Gouging customers. I was told from a current Sales person they were marking up every vehicle at least 10,000 above market value. if you are in the market for a Vehicle do the research before hand. I would avoid any of the Friendship Dealer ships they are taking advantage of Customers that are trying to find a Fair deal. The General Manager talked to me like I didn't know what I was talking about when it came down to Values and Pricing. Avoid at all cost! More
