Pretentious and Condescending We have been going to Friendly Honda for many, many years and have typically not had many problems. However, over the last couple of visits the service has gone down tremendously. No surprise they haven't received an award in many years. We recently went to renew a lease and our sales person and the finance person were so incredibly rude and condescending to us. The way they spoke to use was as though they were speaking to children when all we did was simply ask to see the lump sum split out so we can see what all the fees were. Not an unreasonable request. If they didn't screw you with a fee for not bringing your lease back there, I would never get my honda from them again. I LOVE Honda's - but would choose another dealership in a heartbeat. It was even worse when we went to take delivery on the vehicle. The condescension and pretentiousness never ended. The worst customer service we've ever received there and anywhere else. Go to another dealership for your honda. More
