Go to Brewster! In a weeks time I went from holding this dealership in high regard to never wanting to set foot in it again. The service department lies to cover simp In a weeks time I went from holding this dealership in high regard to never wanting to set foot in it again. The service department lies to cover simple little mistakes by their technicians. To make a long story short, the tech got dog food in my a/c ducts while changing the air filter. Rather than simply cleaning it, he pretended not to know. when I picked up the car I could not use the a/c on an 89 degree day. I called to complain less than a mile down the road. The following week I returned to have them remove it. They then told me I had refused to have it removed the day I was there!! Really? I spent over $900 replacing four tires when I only needed one but refused to pay $57 'knowing' there was dog food in the a/c? It's illogical! I paid the $57 and demanded a refund of the $500 deposit I had left to purchase another car. They lost a repeat car buyer ,rather than admit a simple tech mistake and a $57 fix! How do they handle significant issues these days? Is owning ford too spreading them too thin? More

Our salesman, Papa Mbaye, Went into to dealership to inquire about leasing a vehicle. Since I had never leased a vehicle before I had many questions. Our salesman, Papa Mbaye, was so knowledgable. Papa took the time to go over every aspect of a lease and made sure all my questions were answered. I returned a week later with my father and again Papa took the time to answer all questions again. Needless to say two days later we signed the lease and drove off in our new 2015 Civic Ex. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. More
