The first time was in 2012 where she helped honor a deal that was featured in NJ and even came in on her day off to deliver my first car with Friendly. This time I told her I waned a similar deal but upgraded a bit. I got all the "pizzazz" (bells and whistles) I wanted for this car. I'm only paying a $40 difference from my previous lease. I wanted a the blue 2015 Civic EX, but they didn't have any in their inventory. My only choice was blue, and she made sure we had the blue one in a few days... 2 days in matter of fact. She also kept great contact through the deals on status. The finance guy named Paul was extremely friendly and helpful as well. I would highly recommend Friendly Honda (and I always do) to anyone who wants a quality car with a staff who wants to get you the car you want and can afford. It felt like they wanted me to have one of their cars and was going to do everything they could to get me in one. That's not always how it's been with other car dealers I've dealt with in the past. They will always get my business with this kind of service! More
