Worst Service experience in 48 year's of driving.. Made an appointment to have alloy wheels mounted and balanced. Had a 10:30 appointment, after two hours I inquired about the status of my car, my serv Made an appointment to have alloy wheels mounted and balanced. Had a 10:30 appointment, after two hours I inquired about the status of my car, my service advisor had left had to see another advisor he could not track down the technician working on my car. He had to send another technician to find tech working on my car. I was told that it would take another 40 minutes. I went back to the service advisor after 40 minutes, the car was still not ready. I finally spoke with the service manager Veronica she had to go to speak with the technician, she came back and told me that the car was almost ready. After three hours the car was ready, a job that should have taken an hour at the most. After paying my bill I went to my car to find all of the old balancing weights still on the wheels, the first thing you do when mounting wheels or tires is to strip off all of the old weights. I went back to speak with Veronica the service manager she told me that she was with another customer that was there since 10:00 am and that was the last I saw or heard from her. More

Could have been better I was told 3 out of 4 tires where in the yellow.Tires should have been rotated sooner but was told not needed.There where scratches on one wheel by lu I was told 3 out of 4 tires where in the yellow.Tires should have been rotated sooner but was told not needed.There where scratches on one wheel by lug nuts.The car was blocked in by paint truck at pick up.
