It was explained how the car has been improved over the years with the capless gas for safety purposes. Professional and Attentive If you go to a Honda dealership...you're looking to purchase/lease a Honda....you probably already know the make and model....so basically you're just If you go to a Honda dealership...you're looking to purchase/lease a Honda....you probably already know the make and model....so basically you're just discussing price with a dealer. Honda dealerships are NOT give-aways....if you play one dealership against another....it doesn't work. If you find a dealership who has the car you want in their inventory....do your research and offer a FAIR price. My experience with Friendly Honda is that they'll work with you and both sides will find success. Carlos Scaloni is knowledgeable....professional and attentive.....and FRIENDLY. If you e-mail him with questions he responds quickly (even though Friendly Honda appears to be very busy). My last three cars have been Honda Accords purchased through Friendly Honda....I guess you can call me a satisfied customer. More

We were teamed with Carlos Scaloni and were immediately put at ease. He took us step by step regarding exactly what we wanted in our vehicle and we ended up choosing the CRV LX. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We picked up our new car on Saturday, August 4th and we would recommend Carlos and Jim Libutti, our finance manager, to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. 5 star rating!!! More

Worst Service experience in 48 year's of driving.. Made an appointment to have alloy wheels mounted and balanced. Had a 10:30 appointment, after two hours I inquired about the status of my car, my serv Made an appointment to have alloy wheels mounted and balanced. Had a 10:30 appointment, after two hours I inquired about the status of my car, my service advisor had left had to see another advisor he could not track down the technician working on my car. He had to send another technician to find tech working on my car. I was told that it would take another 40 minutes. I went back to the service advisor after 40 minutes, the car was still not ready. I finally spoke with the service manager Veronica she had to go to speak with the technician, she came back and told me that the car was almost ready. After three hours the car was ready, a job that should have taken an hour at the most. After paying my bill I went to my car to find all of the old balancing weights still on the wheels, the first thing you do when mounting wheels or tires is to strip off all of the old weights. I went back to speak with Veronica the service manager she told me that she was with another customer that was there since 10:00 am and that was the last I saw or heard from her. More
