I was extremely disappointed in the scheduling of my service. I called multiple times several different days and received voicemail with no return of my messages. Also I was told my service would tak 2 hours. I arrived on time and found that my service would take 6-8 hours I had planned on waiting so didn’t sched a loaner car and found none available the day of my service. I had asked the scheduler about how much the service would cost I was told to ask the staff when I arrived and if I couldn’t afford it or didn’t want the service to just tell the staff not to complete that service. My service consisted of oil change, timing belt change and recalled passenger air bag. Although my service was ver good I am disappointed with the front end customer service I received. I had planned on errands in Springfield that afternoon and had to reschedule an appointment. I am not sure how you can run an efficient service department when they don’t have the correct information or that customers can rely on your companies dependability. Had I not estimated my cost and planned accordingly I would be more upset. Thank goodness you have employees like Greg and your shuttle drivers. Your only saving grace on this trip. More

No pressure was exerted to select a more expensive vehicle, or to direct me toward a decision that was anything other than my expressions of preference relating to the vehicles that I was able to test drive. With that being said, I concluded my purchase with a feeling that I had been very adequately informed. I have no complaints about my experience with Honda of Illinois. More
Top Line Customer Service Took the Accord in for a TPMS warning light and vibration in the front-end. Was given a detailed estimate of the repairs and a ride to work. All work was done as requested and within the estimate, no problems or surprises. Great customer service. The only disappointment was someone adjusted the drivers seat and I've yet to get it back to where it was. Way too much lumbar pressure but can't seem to find the combination that was previously comfortable. More

He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and highlighted its new safety features. I appreciated his low pressure sales approach. I felt like I was able to negotiate a fair price for the features I wanted and received a fair trade in value for my 2005 CRV. After I purchased the 2018 CRV Chris provided a thorough review of its features, set up the Bluetooth for my iPhone and showed me how to set up my garage door opener. Great customer service. More
