We purchased a Class C. Good experience with sales man Harris Walters. He showed us several units and was very knowledgeable about the units and answered our questions honestly as well as a follow up call Harris Walters. Service center needs to be more educated and compassionate with customers. They seem to forget that customers have spent a lot of money buying an rv with fritz and theY have to travel from far a compassionate with customers. They seem to forget that gas and and tolls not to mention time is at the customers expense. I’m very disappointed with the service department but unfortunately once they sell you the rv you’re stuck using them unless you’re fortunate enough to be in range of another jayco service center. We drove from Arizona to Pennsylvania to buy our RV. Our inspection and tutorial of the new coach was negatively impacted by the staff’s refusal to wear face masks. When we asked Brain S to wear a mask when we were completing the paperwork, he replied that being dead would be more comfort than wearing one. More

Everyone at Fretz RV was friendly, professional and went the extra mile to get me the camper van I wanted. Nothing like buying a car. Zero stress sales and Service for two years. We'd "shopped" for @ 10 years, gone to shows etc. but didn't even know someone with a 30+ ft camper.
