First RV pruchesed We were met by Luke Wilson right away when we entered the show room. We told him we were looking for a used 24 foot RV. He found one that had been tra We were met by Luke Wilson right away when we entered the show room. We told him we were looking for a used 24 foot RV. He found one that had been traded in the previous day. It had not been listed yet Luke made sure we understood the workings of the RV features. We ended up buying it. Luke made sure that all of the items that need to be taken care of was taken care of by the time we finalized the paper work with Brian Strampel and picked up the unit. Luke was outstanding in working with us at every stage of the looking, evaluating and choosing the RV for us. More

great service on used unit purchase I drove a long way to trade in my 28' motor home on a 20' RoadTrek plus a travel trailer. I was unable to commit to buying them sight unseen, so when I drove a long way to trade in my 28' motor home on a 20' RoadTrek plus a travel trailer. I was unable to commit to buying them sight unseen, so when I got there neither vehicle had been prepped. Nevertheless, even though both vehicles were 'as-is' deals, they did a great job getting everything checked out, discussed with me, and many items corrected. They took a run at getting the generator to start even though we'd made the deal with me knowing it wasn't working at the time. They got lights working, a new electrical connection for the tow, got all the appliances working & showed me how, etc. I didn't want to invest in an upgraded hitch, but they talked me into it & cut me a nice deal on a used kit, and installed it free (and going down the road, I figured out they were right to convince me). Because of the multiple units swap and my out-of-state situation the financing piece was tricky too, but they worked with my bank back home & figured out how to make it work. Then after I'd driven away and discovered something else not working (remember this was an as-is deal), they let me bring it back, got me immediately into the service rotation, and fixed it. Saved the day. I had a very bad experience with a dealer in Ocala Florida when trying to purchase a new Jayco Precept Motorhome. Fritz came to the rescue with my new I had a very bad experience with a dealer in Ocala Florida when trying to purchase a new Jayco Precept Motorhome. Fritz came to the rescue with my new motor home and gave the best price out there. When my wife and I arrived to pick it up we were give the whole day to spend with a master tec to go over everything in the coach. The motor home was clean and in great condition, what you would expect from a new unit. Even with all the snow the unit was kept inside. Only when we were comfortable with all the equipment and satisfied that everything was in working order did we sign the paperwork and drive away. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

A Total Pleasure Dealing with the Fretz RV Personnel We came into the dealership and had the pleasure of meeting Bob Spack who showed such total professionalism with our interest in the purchase of a use We came into the dealership and had the pleasure of meeting Bob Spack who showed such total professionalism with our interest in the purchase of a used Class A coach. What we were really impressed with, is that he did not have to run to the "Ivory Tower" with the transaction. All paperwork was presented to us at his desk without the need of some Sales Manager approving the transaction. We have had, in the past, other salespeople who had to constantly go to the "Ivory Tower" for permission to handle the transaction. We were so impressed by his warmth and caring for the customer, that we didn't even question anything with regard to the sale. We will definitely return to Fretz RV should the need arise. Roadtrek Agile SS purchase Third motor home purchase from Fretz RV over a 17 year period. Excellent sales team, great service keeps us coming back. Although we relocated to NC Third motor home purchase from Fretz RV over a 17 year period. Excellent sales team, great service keeps us coming back. Although we relocated to NC 3 years ago, we contacted Fretz via their website when were wanted to purchase a new rig. Response received within 2 hours (via telephone). We drove to PA to test drive several RV's (1,000 miles RT). Sales devoted 5 hours of time to answering our questions. Negotiations were straightforward and fair. Deal was consummated via telephone. We returned to PA with our trade in and drove out today in our new Roadtrek. We have two Roadtrek dealers in NC, but neither had any inventory. We decided that we would do business with Fretz as they have always taken good care of us (sales & service). Highly recommend the dealership. More
