However, it is the Service department that provides the essence of maintaining the RV lifestyle and Fretz service has been exceptional. Specifically, it is Rachel Rapelje who personifies the meaning of personal service and commitment to the customer. She goes beyond the call of duty to ensure that our RV is in perfect condition prior to our next trip and has always returned my calls while on the road to assist in trouble-shooting any camping anomaly. She truly represents the spirit of the Fretz organization while also maintaining the reputation of the RV manufacturer. In short, she is one of the key elements in sustaining your business and its relationships with customers. She is an outstanding asset! On the negative side, although your service staff are excellent craftsmen, the service department has eclipsed its capacity. Normally scheduled maintenance must be arranged far too long in advance. My recommendation is that this aspect of your business must be expanded to meet the demand or the demand will start to seek other resources, i.e., other RV dealerships. More

We were able to trade in our old camper and take the new one home the same day savings us money and time. The quality of the camper we bought was superior, many of our family and friends think it's like brand new even though it's 5 years old.
