As busy as you are she took the time and went over EVERYTHING we needed to know. I am 71 years old and have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and have never dealt with a sales person as knowledgeable as Mary. She walked me through parts and got me everything i needed to start camping. Brian was very efficient with the closing of the loan and had just a great personality. It was like we new each other for years. Henry went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed for the delivery on Thursday. Mark took the time to show me everything on how to hook up what seemingly was a complicated hitch and set up the blue tooth on my phone. You should be very proud of your staff for the wonderful service they give. In todays world that is rare. Continue doing what you are doing and I hope you can celebrate 100yrs.
