Pricing is not transparent, you need to keep pushing the service person to find out what each work item costs and what is the minimum recommended one by Toyota. I busted asked for the minimum but still the service person to find out what each work item costs and what is the minimum recommended one by Toyota. I busted asked for the minimum but still the service person kept some expensive items that were clearly not required. 1000$ for a regular service is what he started with and I had to keep questioning him about each item and price for each item and whether it was necessary which he kept insisting it was. Eventually the basic service still cost 340$! More

Requested in notes when appointment was made over phone do Not was truck. Wife took truck in service rep never went over what was going to be done with the automobile and service rep had the truck washe do Not was truck. Wife noticed and took it upon herself to find advisor. Advisor said he called the number on file and no one picked up. Wife told advisor he called the wrong number the. Why they didn’t go tell her while she was in the lounge area waiting. They they said you can have a free complimentary car wash. When it was specifically requested not to wash the truck. More
