Pricing is not transparent, you need to keep pushing the service person to find out what each work item costs and what is the minimum recommended one by Toyota. Wife noticed and took it upon herself to find advisor. Advisor said he called the number on file and no one picked up. Wife told advisor he called the wrong number the. Why they didn’t go tell her while she was in the lounge area waiting. They they said you can have a free complimentary car wash. When it was specifically requested not to wash the truck. More
