Adrian, the service advisor talked to fast, mumbled his words, complained to me about another customer. I waited over 30 minutes to be checked in. He never called to say my car was ready. I called at 3:30 and a woman told me it was done and to come down. I got there at 4:00, no Adrian no paperwork done. Multiple people looked for him 30 minutes later he showed up did the paperwork. He wasted so much of my time that day. I will never use him as a service advisor again. I dropped my car off for an oil change and because my husband and I have both noticed it accelerates when making right turns. This does happen intermittently. The paperwork says they took it for a test drive but couldn't duplicate it. The mileage in on my car was 15048. The mileage out on my car was 15048. The same mileage. They didn't try very hard to duplicate it. More
