I used to be very happy with your service department but not at this time! I was not happy with Lori Landrum the Assistance Service Manager. She did not even introduce herself! Her service was not friend not at this time! I was not happy with Lori Landrum the Assistance Service Manager. She did not even introduce herself! Her service was not friendly as other Managers I had within the past ( since my first service in 2018 ) at Fremont Toyota ! First, she came to my car and ask what I want my car service , then she went around to take pictures , after that she gave me a sign to follow her into her office. She using her phone without saying anything to me until she hand to me the print out and told me to sign. Finally she answer when I asked when will the car is ready for pick up. Later she call me the car was ready and handed me the key but did not tell me where the car was parked! I had to went back to her office to ask where my car is park More

The service advisor was not professional . He ignored my calls when I called so many times to find out if my vehicle is ready. My appointment was for 1:30pm. I showed up @ 1:15pm .
