I made an appointment, drive up and waited for someone to help me. After a while I finally asked for someone and was told someone had been assigned to me. I feel if I would’ve gone in her office, I would’ve been in and out much quicker, the service was performed well and I was very satisfied. Pricing is not transparent, you need to keep pushing the service person to find out what each work item costs and what is the minimum recommended one by Toyota. I busted asked for the minimum but still the service person kept some expensive items that were clearly not required. 1000$ for a regular service is what he started with and I had to keep questioning him about each item and price for each item and whether it was necessary which he kept insisting it was. Eventually the basic service still cost 340$! More
