I made an appointment, drive up and waited for someone to help me. After a while I finally asked for someone and was told someone had been assigned to me. I feel if I would’ve gone in her office, I would’ve been in and out much quicker, the service was performed well and I was very satisfied. Pricing is not transparent, you need to keep pushing the service person to find out what each work item costs and what is the minimum recommended one by Toyota.
