The repair was complex; however, it seems the service department has only 2 technicians with hybrid expertise. This is surprising, given Toyota’s extensive lineup of hybrid vehicles. More

For my 2018 Toyota RAV4 regular oil change service on August 23, somehow the technician appeared to turn off the autolight and forgot to turn it back to Autolight for headlights. When I drove at nigh August 23, somehow the technician appeared to turn off the autolight and forgot to turn it back to Autolight for headlights. When I drove at night, other driver reminded me of my lights were off. It was dangerous especially driving at nights. Please remind others to keep the setting the same. More
