I want to especially thank the floor manager for taking care of the rattling sound coming from the AC fan, which the tech was not able to identify or fix. Also would like to thank Yvonne for being patient care of the rattling sound coming from the AC fan, which the tech was not able to identify or fix. Also would like to thank Yvonne for being patient with me when I brought the car back twice to check on the rattling sound from the AC Fan. This is a great example why leadership at a organization needs to have people who actually understand and worked on the floor before, or at least have in depth understanding of operation. More
