Worst service ever now my truck make clanking sound when turning at a low speed after the tire rotation and the main concern was for a wheel alignment which took a year to wait for since the software for th turning at a low speed after the tire rotation and the main concern was for a wheel alignment which took a year to wait for since the software for the tundra was not available now they tell me the truck won’t fit the machine and the tires have cupping now never going back More

I made an appointment, drive up and waited for someone to help me. After a while I finally asked for someone and was told someone had been assigned to me. Had I known I had to go in and check in it would’ve help me. After a while I finally asked for someone and was told someone had been assigned to me. Had I known I had to go in and check in it would’ve been much faster. The person who helped me said people kept coming in her office. I feel if I would’ve gone in her office, I would’ve been in and out much quicker, the service was performed well and I was very satisfied.
