Rick was patient, very helpful and answered all our questions. The Finance guy (I forgot his name) was also very informative and helpful. We are definitely satisfied customers. All our cars are Toyota-----we appreciate the quality and workmanship from Toyota and we will continue to purchase Toyota as long as we are able to. 10K Maintenance Great Customer Service. Steve Ferrell is great. Reviews what will be happening with the vehicle and updates everything that was done during pickup. Great Customer Service. I have a fleet vehicle but will probably continue to bring it to Fremont Toyota because of their professionalism, timely service and most important of all, their high level customer service. I like the courtesy shuttle option which is Lyft. I like to drop the car off on Saturday mornings and with the courtesy shuttle, I don't have to wake anybody up to drop the car off at 7AM. More
