Pasha is #1 leader in customer service satisfaction I came to Fremont Toyota to check out the new 2019 RAV4. I was greeted by Pasha, he was very friendly and polite. I only came to Fremont Toyota to loo I came to Fremont Toyota to check out the new 2019 RAV4. I was greeted by Pasha, he was very friendly and polite. I only came to Fremont Toyota to look at the RAV4 but I ended up buying one because of Pasha and his co workers excellent customer service. Pasha really gathered all his resources to find the RAV4 in the right color and trim I was looking for. He didn't try to convince me to get a different color they had in stock, instead he focused on finding a way to get the exact RAV4 I wanted. I was very happy when they told me they had one coming in by trailer in a few days and that I could buy it now and come pick it up when it arrived. Pasha made sure I got a good deal and that I was satisfied with my purchase. On top of that he went above and beyond by finding me an insurance company with a very cheap monthly payment considering my driving history. Getting me the exact RAV4 already made my day but when Pasha told me about the monthly payment for the insurance I was overwhelmed with happiness. It really was miraculous. I couldn't believe he found a deal that good. He even help me set up the insurance on the computer and print out the papers. Pasha put out extraordinary effort to find me that insurance deal and I thought it was amazing that someone would try so hard to make sure a customer is satisfied with every part of their car purchasing experience. I've bought 5 new cars from dealerships in the past but this is the best experience I've had so far, everything came out perfect thanks to Pasha and he deserves recognition for his amazing customer service. Great overall but one thing. I just got to say best experience when purchasing my rav4 with terry but the only problem i got was the 900 i pay for paint protection. The wax was still in the paint and not buff off and when this drys out its a pain to get it off. I was also very disappointed that i pay that much money just to mess the paint up. Its a black rav4 and black paint can get scratched fast and i can tell they use bad quality towels when doing the detail cause its already full of scratches and swirls. Just imagine getting a new car paying money to protect it and they give you a bad job i reget paying that much money i should of wax it my self. More
