MarkCruz sat in the car with me for 40 minutes and set up my Bluetooth connections, my music, my navigation, updated the tech features using my phone, explained the safety features, and ALL the other bells and whistles. There was no pressure in his sales. He made sure we were happy with our purchase. He was totally legit. Not pushy or aggressive just chill and patient. Very helpful and professional...
