We were satisfied by the service provided by Raffi. Raffi appeared to be calm and friendly to us, spoke gently, and never pushed us into anything we were not comfortable with. The purchase started with we calling into the dealership over phone and asking for an OTD price of the car we are interested in together with some loan terms. Raffi was honest with us and we settled down the price after one or two rounds of negotiations - all over phone - we were then outside another Toyota dealership and simply wanted to shop around a few other dealers for a better price without having to physically visit them. As promised, we then drove to Fremont Toyota to meet with Raffi and check out the car. The ODO of the new car was 50-mile, which seemed to be on the high side, and we shared the concern with Raffi. Raffi listened, took the keys of quite a few other new cars of the same model/trim, and went to the parking space to go over their odometers one by one. Later he came back and presented us with one with 5-mile ODO. The purchase/loan went smoothly. For some reason we had to first leave in the afternoon without the new car but come back and pick it up at night. Fortunately Raffi's shift schedule was 1-9pm that day so this small request was also accommodated. More

Their two car lots building , so MarkCruz drove us to two different car lots so we can check out all the different models and colors. The utmost pleasing experience with this sales man, Sam Wali I first tried to shop around for my 2018 Toyota RAV 4 over the phone. When calling Fremont Toyota, Sam Wali happened to answer my phone. After getting details of what I am expecting (color, options, price expected), he said he will doing his research, trying his best, and he will contact me if he can meet my expectations. Within a week, he called me back, and asked me to come to his dealer. Needless to say, we close the deal faster than I ever done with any of my previous cars, and I was fully happy with the enthusiast, and professional manner that this man gave me. He's the first salesman I've ever worked with to take time to help me understand my choices. He didn't push me to buy things I didn't want, and showed me useful features that I was interested in. bad sales experiance I bought my Prius prime from them because they quoted it little cheaper. However, their sales manager Michael Prak is a crook, He told us that the car I bought my Prius prime from them because they quoted it little cheaper. However, their sales manager Michael Prak is a crook, He told us that the car comes with hybrid battery warranty. However, when we checked the contract couple of days later, found that he had charged about $300 for some lifetime warranty for a regular battery warranty. When we asked them that we don't need that warranty, he did not answer our emails or voicemails. When we complained to Better Business Bureau,(they are rated as D+ at BBB) their customer relations manager Rachel(another crook) told us that this is not refundable. These guys makes you sign contract at electronic pad, most of the time you not knowing what you are signing for. It was only after complain to DMV investigating unit, they refunded the money. A very poor experience. More
