60K Service for FR-S I recently got my 60K service done for my 2013 Scion FR-S and I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Isaias Gonzales. Isaias was approachable and cust I recently got my 60K service done for my 2013 Scion FR-S and I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Isaias Gonzales. Isaias was approachable and customer oriented; he made sure I was taken care of and did multiple followups -- very impressed! I paid for the ultimate detailing service done but after I picked up the car, I realized that it wasn't properly detailed or vacuumed. I simply notified Isaias about what happened and he made sure it was addressed and taken care of immediately the following day. Picked up the car that same afternoon and it looked/felt brand new all over again. Just wanted to state how satisfied I was with Isaias' service and will definitely be coming back in the near future. More

I never purchased a new car before so I was very skeptical and nervous about buying a new car from a dealership but I felt really comfortable working with Raffi and very happy he was able to honor the same price quote he emailed me when I arrived to the dealership. He didn’t try to change the price or switch to a different vehicle I didn’t want. Everything we discussed was promised and delivered.
