I was lucky enough to find Mr.Mark Cruz, who helped me getting a 2018 Toyota Tacoma.. Mark guided me is every process of getting my new car. Especially being a first time buyer, i was not sure of whom to choose from with almost thousands of dealerships around CA. Buying a car is a lot of responsibility and liability. However, markcruz made it so easier for me. He was patient and knowledgeable with every questions i had for him. We literally sat down the entire day and i kept him asking questions after questions which he responded in every possible and convenient way. I got there around morning and i got out of there almost evening. So you can tell how patient he was with me. Not only me, at the same time he was taking care of other customers too. Not only that i even took 3 cars to test drive with him. They are not like, oh you go to any dealership and the agent would want to sell you cars not even explaining all the details. Overall, my experience with Fremont Toyota was amazing.. Especially getting helped by MarkCruz was fantastic'' I would definitely go back there in new future. Highly recommended!! More

disappointed After the service on 11/8 my car was disabled on the road. When I checked with other repair shop they told me the car need replace battery, alternator After the service on 11/8 my car was disabled on the road. When I checked with other repair shop they told me the car need replace battery, alternator, and water pump. It’s cost me 1,200 to fixed. I don’t understand what service Toyota provided to the customer never alerted me the problem. In the invoice I saw MULTIPLES INSPECTION means your technician should aware what is the problem in my car and inform me to fixed, however I did not get the informed from the service. My car was over 10 years and never had problems because I keep coming back the service every 6 months. because I want maintain my car in good condition all the time and I expect to send money to fix it. This time I am very disappointed the service. I requested the money back because I did not see the service. The person who deal with me I guess Mark. He provided good customer service however the technician team need to work on it. More
