Albert Lam: Excellent experience After receiving a very quote from Mr. Kourosh Ehsani from the internet for a 2018 RAV4 XLE. I reluctantly went to see him at the Fremont Toyota dealer After receiving a very quote from Mr. Kourosh Ehsani from the internet for a 2018 RAV4 XLE. I reluctantly went to see him at the Fremont Toyota dealership due to the low rating I saw on the web. To my surprise, Mr. Kourosh Ehsani great me and made feel welcomed and comfortable. He took me for a test drive and took the time to explain all the different functions of the car to me. We agreed on the price of the car and the process went through smoothly. Really, Mr. Kourosh Ehsani deserves a promotion or at least a raise for his exceptional knowledge and customer skills. If you need to get a new Toyota, go to Fremont Toyota and ask for Mr. Kourosh Ehsani and see for yourself. You cannot go wrong. Albert More

Best Pricing, Quick Response, Good Selection I am from the Bay Area and was looking to purchase a Prius. I contacted the three Toyota dealerships in the area--San Francisco, Oakland, and Fremont I am from the Bay Area and was looking to purchase a Prius. I contacted the three Toyota dealerships in the area--San Francisco, Oakland, and Fremont. Raffi from Fremont was the fastest to respond and was available the next day to show me the Prius. The other dealerships eventually responded but Toyota Fremont had the best price point and a greater selection to choose from in terms of color options. Even though my first visit did not end with a purchase, I felt that Raffi was understanding and was not too pushy. A couple of weeks later 0% financing was available on the Prius and I contacted Raffi to set up a date. Even though he was schedule to begin at 12PM that day, Raffi was willing to come in at 11AM to assist me with my purchase (I originally wanted to start at 10AM). We negotiated a bit on pricing and it was very close to the quote he gave me a couple weeks back via email. We went for a quick test drive around the lot and then negotiated on the price of my Corolla trade-in. Although I quoted the price of my Corolla from the Kelley Blue Book, they were unable to match it and I felt that Raffi could have done a better job negotiating a better price for it with his supervisor. Once we agreed on the trade-in price, Raffi broke down the monthly payments, initiated the paperwork process, and told me that the Prius would be queued for detailing. I had to wait quite a while before being called into an office to complete and sign several papers. This process went smoothly, but I felt that the person (not Raffi) was a bit pushy on selling additional things such as warranties and packages, which I had already declined earlier with Raffi. Once all the paperwork was completed, I had to wait again for quite some time before detailing was finished. Raffi then showed me some basic functions and features of the Prius before I left the lot. Overall, I had a good experience as a first time buyer of a new car at a dealership. However, I felt that it took longer than necessary (or maybe it's just the standard for all dealerships?). I arrived at the dealership at 11AM and left with my brand new Prius at 3:40PM. Things I Liked: 1. Raffi was fast in responding to emails and answering the question at hand instead of beating around the bushes like agents from the other dealerships. 2. Toyota Fremont quoted the best price out of the three Toyota dealerships in the Bay Area (San Francisco, Oakland, Fremont). 3. Good color options available at the time. 4. I felt that Raffi was understanding and not too pushy. Things That Could Be Better: 1. Raffi could have tried harder to negotiate a better price for my trade-in. Since Raffi was not to pushy with his customers, he was probably not too pushy with his supervisors. Hard to know. 2. Wait times could be better--I felt like I spent more than 1.5 hours in waiting. I do not know what goes on behind the scene so this might not be a fair criticism. I would definitely recommend Toyota Fremont if you are looking for a car and want a fast response and fair pricing. Great Experience Mir was very professional in keeping in contact with me. Shuttle drivers - Poor service Abstract: Shuttle driver said I lived out of his range and said he wasn't busy and can pick me up in 40 minutes. As a long time customer with the dealership, I took my car into the shop for a minor service. I dropped it off the night before to get it back by 1ish. I did not specify the service agent and got stuck with someone who did not contact me by 1, so I called to ask when the car will be ready and I'll need a shuttle. A few moments latter, a shuttle driver called. I gave him my North Fremont address and he said it was out of his range and then say "I'm not busy so I can be there in 40 minutes.". I said I would take Uber. I spend a lot of money at your facility and I paid $12.30 for the Uber driver to take me to your dealership. Shame on your organization. I shared my comments with the service advisor who tried to do damage control by saying I should have called him. I felt it's like asking Mom when Dad says NO. Come on. Steve S. is my normal advisor and I've never had a problem with getting a call explaining what's up with my car, when it'll be ready, etc. One of my cars has almost 200K and it's only been serviced at your dealership. I only asked for a 1 way ride! BTW- your next section dose not appear to have the service agents name and would not allow me to submit without clicking a name. This person "Sam" NEVER had contact with me. I just clicked his name to submit my review. More
