shop is incompetent Left and had to return with engine light on. Mechanic left stem without internal unit tightened and new tire was letting air out and they did not plca Left and had to return with engine light on. Incomplete Service To start off I took my 2019 Camry XSE to the 6 month maintenance and I was expecting a full tire rotation, topping off fluids, and of course any other To start off I took my 2019 Camry XSE to the 6 month maintenance and I was expecting a full tire rotation, topping off fluids, and of course any other necessities the car needed because that is what they said would be done on Toyota care. I left the car there and got a call 2 hours later saying it was ready. Great, I go to pick it up and I realize the fluids are definitely not topped off and the tires seem to be in the same spot. So I’m confused on what they did to the car for 2 hours when the fair is extremely new and only has around 2k miles. So if the only thing they could do would be tire rotation and the filling of fluids and they didn’t do that, then what DID they do?? More

Excellent people. Excellent Service. But. I always have great experience. But, the new seats in the TV area in the waiting room are SO UNCOMFORTABLE! They are hard and the metal curve is hor I always have great experience. But, the new seats in the TV area in the waiting room are SO UNCOMFORTABLE! Maintenance I was able to get the same day appt. when I got there, I was greeted and was taken care of fairly quickly by Josh. I waited for my car to get serviced in the lobby area with my 2 kids. What I thought was going to be a long 2 hour wait, turned out to be a fast and smooth 1 hour and some change, wait. With two kids, that’s saying a lot! More
