Raffi got me in and out of the dealership in about an hour and half! I let him know ahead of time that I don't want to spend too much time inside of a dealership due to the ongoing pandemic and he made s hour and half! Found the car we wanted with Simon's help -- Simon was friendly and patient and a pleasure to work with. Both are FALSE. I'm not saying he was lying because maybe he didn't know better, but pushing the customer into signing an arbitration clause by providing false information is not acceptable. 5 stars for Simon who was great. But deduct 3 stars for the business guy providing misinformation. More

Financing for cash purchase was too long and shouldn’t have required a credit check. Also felt like we were hotboxed to try to up sell us on programs we had already declined. Was also a little turned off that we bought a car and didn’t get a full tank of gas. Not a big deal but was turned off and wondered what else was Skimped. Also whomever said “no mug” missed a big opportunity to have us feel good about the dealership. More
