Pat Brain was really rude person, this was my worst Toyota service experience. I am not sure if he serviced my vehicle or not I will follow up with service team manager to get my documents. When he gave my my vehicle no tag was there and he didn’t complete my documents, I tried to call their manager and was not able to connect and if I didn’t hear back I have to do another visit to check on my documents. engine light came back on just picking up car from service after replacing VSV valve, it was found vacume line unsecured. It's very unprofessional. Simon helped me pick a used 2019 Corolla from the lot. He did all the necessary work quickly and efficiently so I could drive it home that day. Robert prepared the sales packet and I signed the papers. After I bought the car, Simon drove the car following me to my home while I drove my old Corolla. We then both came back to the the dealer in the 'new' car and I took possession of the car. During this time Simon pointed out some of the controls which I should know about. I felt I was lucky to have Simon help me complete the purchase of the car including the return of my own old car to my house in one afternoon. More
