I cannot believe they would ask for another survey, before contacting me after I have already submitted a critical one. I asked for a tire air cap to be added to one of my wheels since it was missi before contacting me after I have already submitted a critical one. I asked for a tire air cap to be added to one of my wheels since it was missing, and the tire pressure light turns on in the cold mornings and I get worried. $250 later, no piece of plastic. Despite being promised it would be taken care of (by Isaiah), I did not have that tiny piece of plastic on my tire, and the light was on the next morning. Awful experience, and it's slowly, but consistently gone downhill for the past 15 years that we've gotten our cars serviced. I'd say I'm not returning again, but I trust the car more than the folks servicing it, and the location is literally behind my house so I'll probably be back in July. More
