In 3 hours I was able to select a vehicle, test drive it, finalize the deal and take the car home. The people with whom I interacted in the dealership were extremely professional and friendly. They made my shopping experience a big delightful affair. More

Manuel Alingog assisted in the purchase of 2 vehicles in one day. My family and I spent the whole day with Manuel test driving many cars and choosing options for financing the vehicles. Very friendly and patient with our decision making. Knowledgeable in selected vehicles that we test drove. No pressure to purchase. Highly recommend to stop by this dealership to see Manuel. More

We decide on 5-6 different brands and styles and search these out in the dealerships and online. Once the type, model and color is decided on my husband will return to a dealership alone to deal with the sales pitch and hours and hours the obligatory hassles and bunny trails even though he just wants to pay cash for the car as is and go home. (one time it was 5-1/2 hours!! They accidentally threw my husband's keys up on the dealership roof so they try to talk him into spending more money while someone figured out how to get the keys back). This time we had 2 dealerships to check out 2 different cars. The first we left after just a few minutes because the run around was so intense by the salesman. Then we came to Fremont Toyota. Now, we were here some months ago looking at a Prius and was approached by Julie Chang, a salesperson. I just loved her on the test drive and even my husband agreed. Knowledgeable, very friendly, honest and not a hint of "the big run around". Came back to find Julie and see what kind of deal we could get. Found exactly what I wanted so went in to do the haggling... haggling never happened! Maybe 2-3 back and forths regarding trade in and the car's price, but they were pleasant and very smooth. We were treated with respect and found Julie and the manager to be very workable. But, it was Julie Chang that made this entire experience a joy, rather than a frustrating and irritating exercise in playing chess with a car salesman. Love my car and would recommend this dealership and our Julie to anybody. More
Tundra 1794...... I love Toyotathon ! The most important thing is to learn about your car or truck. Most people just go to the dealer websites and look at the options. It is important when The most important thing is to learn about your car or truck. Most people just go to the dealer websites and look at the options. It is important when buying a new car to actually read the reviews because you can't afford to make a mistake on a new car purchase. If I had not read the reviews I would not have found out about the feature rich "LEXUS" of Tundra pickups, the 1794 version. Those who purchase Mercedes, BMW, Landrover would all agree that if they were to purchase a truck they would most likely look at the Cadillac which is a good choice but the price of the ultra short bed Cadi's is Outrageous. The Tundra 1794 with proximity and blind spot monitors is just what you need in a real truck. My favorite part of any car or truck has got to be the seats. If I am not comfortable in the seat I won't buy the car. These seats are air conditioned as well as having heaters to warm you in the cold winters. I love how the truck remember steering wheel and seat position so when you climb in it is near effortless. I am a big guy so I really don't like to contort myself while getting into the cockpit. But then you sit in the seat and it is just so comfortable you have to try it to believe it. The seats sold the truck. The heavy duty Camel colored seats are stock on the 1794 version. I believe that anyone could sit in the 8 way adjustable seats and be comfortable. You like big meats on your truck. The 1794 has 20" meets stock. The truck feels well planted yet when driving it doesn't feel like a big truck. I believe a diminutive person could easily feel comfortable in driving a big truck like this because the steering is near effortless. I am still learning all the bells and whistles of the truck so I can't write about the techy stuff but I can say that blue tooth phone connectivity is Kewl along with MP3 memory card reader is also kewl. The GPS / Rear backup monitor a bright and clear to read in a sunny day. Now to the heart and soul of the Tundra. The 1794 comes standard with the 5.7L "I can go anywhere" feeling you get along with the 4 wheel drive. The engine has so much torque it is easy to tap the pedal and get the rear wheels to bark for you. The Tundra 1794 ride, the comfort, the attitude, put you on the top of the world. I would suggest that if you really want a top of cross over or minivan, consider the added utility of a truck which is much more capable than those Urban Gorilla's. Lastly, I chose the Internet and the Internet sales person because he only gets a fixed commission for each car or truck he sells. My Internet sales person was Manuel Alingog from Fremont Toyota. I went to him with a vehicle which I knew I wanted to buy, I checked their inventory, I shopped 6 other stores getting quotes via phone calls for the vehicle I wanted and got competitive quotes from all of them. I saved a lot of money by doing this instead of walking into a dealership unprepared. The big take away here is to know more than the sales person. Yes, you will find that most sale people are like the masses. They don't take the time to really know their vehicles. That isn't their job. Their job is to sell you a car. If you purchase via the Internet and call the various Internet managers don't expect to get a price unless you have done your homework and selected the vehicle you want. More
