Poor Service & Dishonesty Here are a few of the issues we had with Fremont Toyota. Honestly, we should have walked away from the deal a number of times but the truck was unique Here are a few of the issues we had with Fremont Toyota. Honestly, we should have walked away from the deal a number of times but the truck was uniquely customized and my BF was in love with it. 1. We had a hard time getting anyone to help us when we were looking on the lot. 2. They raised the price of the vehicle by $5,000 a few days after they quoted us, then denied changing the price, then denied that they had a quote in their system for us - luckily we had a mgr signed copy 3. When I asked to speak to their Finance Mgr about their credit practices they had someone else pretend to be him and promise me that they would only run my credit 1 time. This was a lie - THEY RAN MY EXCELLENT CREDIT 4 TIMES!!! When I finally met the Finance Mgr he didn't seem to care. There were SO MANY issues here, no one cares and no one will return calls, but the one issue that made me finally fill out this review (where I was told to give them 100%) is they never filed the Transfer of Liability with the DMV. I bought in early Nov it's now Jan 22 and I am getting threatening letters from the DMV about license suspension due to expired tags and no insurance on a car I haven't owned in a few months. I feel they are incompetent at their jobs, they are dishonest, greedy, and don't deserve to have the Toyota logo on their lot. I don't recall our actual sales reps name - he was a nice guy with no decision making power, but the other around him and the process there is broken. More

Mark spent a time to explain detail by detail all the important information inside of my New tacoma like example pairing Bluetooth to my phone and about the safety features build on the car. His professionalism and his broad knowledge of the Industry speaks volumes. He is a very honest and straight forward person is someone who will not misguide anyone . It was a very big and important decision for me but having markcruz there, really alleviated a lot of the stress I would have gone through otherwise. I highly recommend markcruz to anyone looking for someone who really knows the industry and will offer the utmost level of expertise in the car business. I got the "Tundra" lettering as a gift for Christmas and her friends at their bodyshop happened to be on site and put them on for free for me! All Techs out to Lunch Micky provided me with great service. He said my inspection would be just under an hour. After about 45 minutes he states that my truck is almost comp Micky provided me with great service. He said my inspection would be just under an hour. After about 45 minutes he states that my truck is almost complete; but they found a nail in one of my tires, though there is no air leaking, and it would cost $35 for the repair. After another 45 to 50 minutes, Micky informs me that all the techs are out to lunch and that it’d be another hour and a half before they’d be able to plug the hole. At that point I just need to go. Time is money and everybody’s time is worth something. I would have given 5 stars if one of the techs would have delayed their lunch by 10 minutes to just plug the hole... Micky’s honest communication is much appreciated. More
